What we collect

When you place an order we collect only what we need to prepare and hand it over:

• your name (optional for dine-in)
• your phone number (required for pickup and delivery)
• your delivery address, if you choose delivery
• any notes or item requests you type, such as "no sugar"

Why we collect it

To prepare your order, contact you about it if something needs clarifying, and deliver it to the right place. That is all. We do not use it for advertising and we do not build a profile of you.

What we do not do

• We do not collect payment online. Payment happens at the counter.
• We do not sell, rent or share your details with anyone.
• We do not set advertising or tracking cookies. Our anonymous visit counter stores a salted daily hash, a page path, a referrer and a device type for 30 days — never your IP address, location or fingerprint.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept for the shop's operating records and are removed when they are no longer needed for that purpose.

Your rights

Under the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (RA 10173) you may ask to see, correct or have deleted the personal data we hold about you, and you may object to how we use it. Ask any staff member at the counter and we will act on it.
